My3 allows Three customers to interact with their account anywhere, anytime. Check your balance, locate a store, access help and support or even just play the game. *To view your account information through the My3 App, you’ll need to access the internet using our mobile network, with Wi-Fi switched off.*

If youre on Wi-Fi the app will take you straight to the My3 desktop website in your browser as My3 is designed to be used while connected to the Three mobile network.
